यूपी के आईपीएस अमिताभ ठाकुर द्वारा ६०% जले हुए शाहजहाँपुर के पत्रकार स्वर्गीय जगेन्द्र का बयान रिकॉर्ड करने , रिकॉर्ड किए बयान को सार्वजनिक करने के मामले में देरी करने और बयान को जगेन्द्र की मौत के बाद ही सार्वजनिक करने जैसी संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की जाँच कराने की माँग .

महोदय,
यूपी के आईपीएस अमिताभ ठाकुर ने कथित रूप से जगेन्द्र की मौत के पहले उसका बयान रिकॉर्ड किया था. यह मामला कुछेक दिन पहले का है.बड़ा सबाल यह है कि जब अमिताभ के पास मंत्री और उसके साथियों के खिलाफ घटना का इतना पुख़्ता सबूत था तो अमिताभ ने इस सबूत को अब तक छुपाकर क्यों रखा?अमिताभ ने यह सबूत जगेन्द्र के जिंदा रहते तत्काल ही पुलिस के उच्चाधिकारियों को क्यों नहीं दिया?सबाल तो यह भी है कि ६०% जले हुए पत्रकार जगेन्द्र का बयान लेने से पहले ठाकुर ने क्या उसकी नाज़ुक हालत के मद्देनज़र डॉक्टर की पूर्व अनुमति ली थी ? या इस तरह का स्टिंग करना इनकी फ़ितरत में शामिल है ? इन सबालों के जबाब चाहें जो हों परंतु हमारा यह स्पष्ट मानना है कि इस मामले में सबूत को इतने दिनों तक छुपाकर अमिताभ ने एक अपराध तो किया ही है और जगेन्द्र का रिकॉर्ड बयान पुलिस अधिकारियों तक पंहुचाने में देरी करने से उनकी भूमिका और भी संदिग्ध भी हो गयी है. अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि यूपी के इस आईपीएस अमिताभ ठाकुर द्वारा पहले तो ६०% जले हुए शाहजहाँपुर के पत्रकार स्वर्गीय जगेन्द्र का बयान रिकॉर्ड करने और फिर रिकॉर्ड किए बयान को सार्वजनिक करने के मामले में देरी करने और बयान को जगेन्द्र की मौत के बाद ही सार्वजनिक करने जैसी संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की जाँच कराने की कृपा करें . जाँच में अपना पक्ष विस्तार से रखने को मैं उपस्थित रहूँगा.
