Sir, Please refer to my complaint dated 02-01-15 , for inquiry in the matter of UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and others downloading the film ‘PK’ from a website , thus watching a pirated copy of film and take subsequent punitive actions against all the defaulters as per the law of the land,sent to you through e-mail. In this connection, I have come across some additional which shall play a vital role during inquiry in this matter. I have many reasons to doubt that its UP CM Akhilesh Yadav’s ‘PK’ download controversy that has forced UFO MOVIEZ to offload its official website and distance itself from Social media like facebook, twitter. A tweet of UP CM office claimed :#UPCM #Akhileshyadav has licensed @UFOMoviez digifacility to download & watch movies. Controversy around pirated download is unwarranted-CMO — CM Office, GoUP (@CMOfficeUP) ( Screenshot taken on 03-01-15 is attached ) When I clicked the URL of official website of UFO MOVIEZ http://www.ufomoviez.com/ , all I got was a message “Coming back soon.” ( Screenshot taken on 03-01-15 is attached ) Out of curiosity, when I opened the Official facebook page of UFO Moviez Digital Cinema, I found it had no new status since December 31, 2014 at 12:21pm . ( Screenshot taken on 03-01-15 is attached ) Twitter handle @UFOMoviez as given by UP CM Akhilesh Yadav UFO Moviez retweeted on Jan 1,2015 and this was the lone tweet on its twitter page which read : CM Office, GoUP @CMOfficeUP • Jan 1 #UPCM #Akhileshyadav has licensed @UFOMoviez digifacility to download & watch movies. Controversy around pirated download is unwarranted-CMO Surprisingly, this twitter handle has only 1 Tweet, 5 Following and 2 Followers only. It was beyond my imagination for a company of the stature which forced UP CM office to accord a license to it. ( Screenshot taken on 03-01-15 is attached ) I Suspect it has some dark connections with UP CM Akhilesh Yadav’s PK download controversy which need thorough investigation. These 4 screenshots taken by me make it clear that everything is not okay with UP CM office's claims regarding UFO Moviez Digital Cinema & #akhileshyadav #pk official download and it surely needs an additional inquiry to check the veracity of tweet of UP CM office that claimed :#UPCM #Akhileshyadav has licensed @UFOMoviez digifacility to download & watch movies. Controversy around pirated download is unwarranted-CMO — CM Office, GoUP (@CMOfficeUP) Copy of complaint dated 02-01-15 is also attached for your perusal.
