Oh No ! Alas PTI Lucknow! UR credibility wrt zero defect news from U is at stake now.

If  PTI Lucknow is too careless in posting its news items/its in too hurry to care for the mistakes while posting the news features or the level of knowledge of some of its correspondents is so low that they are not capable of understanding these  mistakes. Whichever is/are the reason(s) but one thing is for sure that credibility wrt zero defect news from PTI Lucknow is at stake now.

On Jan 4 ,2016 means Yesterday,PTI Lucknow posted a news as per which  A writ petition can be filed in the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high !  but what’s this high? Is not mentioned in this news item. So PTI has left it to its readers to assume this high.

The same news mentions “The has petitioner sought a direction for the removal of Javeed from the post of DGP”. Is this ‘The has petitioner sought’ some sort of new English I am not aware of ? or this is a second mistake in same news item ! why this second mistake by the prestigious newswire service PTI?

As per the news website http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/petition-in-hc-against-appointment-of-uttar-pradesh-dgp/1/562134.html news bearing code “ PTI CORR ABN PAL” s unedited, unformatted feed from the Press Trust of India wire. Even PTI website has these mistakes http://www.ptinews.com/news/6932943_Petition-in-HC-against-appointment-of-Uttar-Pradesh-DGP-.html .

Will PTI do something to avoid occurrence of such mistakes in future or it shall be an usual affair  as such mistakes are taken normal in this era of CUT-PASTE-CULTURE? But then again the credibility of story writing by PTI shall be at stake.

Only time will tell what PTI Lucknow shall do to avoid such mistakes.
